Layoff is not about you
I've been lucky enough to avoid multiple rounds of layoff
But seeing a few of my friends go through it got me thinking.
Most of the time, it's not about you.
Most of the time, it's a way for the company need to justify whether they can keep running with its current structure or not.
They need to adapt or die.
Similarly, you need to adapt to.
By improving yourself.
By getting healthier.
By take a rest for a while.
For taking care of yourself.
Then you can just do things.
